And it is one of the easiest to debate in court, especially with the conditions involved in the matter. You can point out several factors that contributed to tbe rear end of your car losing traction. Perhaps there was some water on the road or you got a new clutch and it engages differently. Maybe you went back the next day to take a closer look to notice an excessive amount of dirt/dust in that area of the road (take a picture with you). Argue that the road's traction there is inferior to normal road because of its condition.. Just add reasonable doubt and you will certainly get something better than the full penalty, perhaps even a dropped case.
